Our frames are not 'off-the-shelf'

Early on in the project when working with our U.S and Asian partners, we identified that our geometry requirements were very different from the many frames that can be purchased off-the-shelf.

So we set about creating our own frames based on our own geometry requirements. We started by writing down what the actual bike would be used for. Who would ride it? How often? For how long? Only then did we start designing our frames.

We also produced our own tubing profiles, such as the Pinnacle TOPTube, designed to maximise strength at the front end of the frame without adding too much weight.
