When you put your trust in us and buy a Pinnacle we want to make sure our customers are happy. We therefore offer a limited lifetime frame warranty on all our cycle frames except jump bike frames, and on those we offer an extended two year frame warranty.

Small Print

Pinnacle Bikes purchased through an authorised dealer are warranted by Pinnacle Bikes to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions. Non-normal conditions are use in competitive events, trick riding, ramp riding, jumping, commercial activities and riding regularly on extreme terrain.

The warranty is void if your Pinnacle Bike is not purchased from an authorised dealer, you are not the original owner, or has been used for non-normal use.

This warranty applies to any Pinnacle Bike claim made by the original owner only.

Complete Bicycles - limited one (1) year warranty
If assembled and sold by an authorised Pinnacle Bikes dealer, complete bicycles including components will be warranted against defective materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This applies only when the cycle is used under normal conditions. In addition, a frame warranty (below) also applies.

Frame - Limited Lifetime warranty
A limited lifetime warranty applies to all framesets except downhill or jump specific frames, subject to the frame being used in normal conditions and regularly maintained & inspected as advised in this manual.

Downhill and jump specific frames carry a two (2) year warranty.

Crash Replacement Programme
If a frame has been deemed to be damaged by means of a crash, it will be void from warranty. However, at Pinnacle Bike?s discretion, a crash replacement frame may be supplied at 1/3 off of the retail price in exchange for the damaged frame.

Dual Suspension Frames - Suspension Components
In addition to the above, on dual suspension models, all suspension parts (pivot hardware, bearings, fasteners, and front/rear shocks) will be covered for one (1) year. Please read any documentation supplied with suspension shocks as the manufacturer may provide additional warranties in addition to the above.

Warranty Claims
In order to make a warranty claim you must return your Pinnacle bike COMPLETE to an authorised Pinnacle bike dealer, together with your proof of purchase.
